The National Center for Palms and Dates participated in the 9th edition of the Future Investment Initiative 2025 (FII), held in Riyadh from October 27 to 30, 2025, under the theme “Key to Prosperity.” The initiative is one of the leading global platforms for dialogue on the future of economy, investment, and innovation, with participation from over 7,500 attendees and 600 speakers from around the world.

The Center’s participation reflects its ongoing efforts to highlight the Kingdom’s position as the largest producer and exporter of dates, by showcasing key processed and high-quality date products. These include food products made from dates as well as by-products from palms, which contribute to promoting the circular economy in Saudi Arabia. This aligns with the Center’s mission to enhance the added value of the palm and dates sector and strengthen its competitive capabilities both locally and internationally.

The participation also aimed to foster cooperation with investors, experts, and research institutions, while highlighting promising opportunities and national achievements in the palm and dates sector locally and globally. This contributes to the sustainability of this important sector in line with the goals of Saudi Vision 2030.

During the initiative, the Center’s pavilion received visits from several distinguished local and international officials, who explored the Center’s key initiatives and innovative national products in the field of dates, palms, and processed products. Visitors praised the high quality, diversity, and global competitiveness of Saudi dates, emphasizing the Kingdom’s pioneering role in developing this sector and enhancing its global presence.
