• The User acknowledges that any breach of these terms, submission of fraudulent or inaccurate documents, may subject them to legal liability and penalties.
• The User is fully responsible for their account on the website and ensures they are the sole user of the account. All activities conducted through the account are legally binding on the account holder.
• The User acknowledges the Center's right to verify the authenticity of uploaded documents and to reject incomplete, inaccurate, or fraudulent requests. The Center may delay processing to verify document validity or due to technical issues, and it reserves the right to accept, reject, or cancel any requests or contracts without prior notice.
• The User agrees that in case of errors while using the services, the Center is not liable for financial or legal losses. It is the User’s responsibility to report such errors via the “Contact Us” form or by emailing info@ncpd.gov.sa. The Center will take appropriate action and notify the User.
• The User authorizes the Center or its representative to verify any submitted information for the purpose of approving or rejecting requests, account servicing, or other processes that involve data usage with government or other entities.
• In the event of a conflict between the terms of any affiliated site and the main website, the affiliated site’s terms shall prevail.

• These terms do not exempt the User from liability for death or injury caused by negligence, fraud, or willful misrepresentation.

• The Center is not liable for any direct or indirect losses or damages resulting from use or inability to use the system, or reliance on its content.

• The Center is not responsible for losses caused by viruses, unauthorized access, or other harmful materials that may affect User devices from using or downloading content from the system or linked websites.

• The Center is not responsible for the content of external websites linked to the portal, and such links do not imply endorsement.

• The Center does not provide guarantees or act as a partner or guarantor in any arrangement between Users of the system.

• All personal data submitted by the User is considered available for the Center to use freely for statistical, research, and development purposes.

• The User is solely responsible for all opinions, personal data, and uploaded files on the system. The system disclaims responsibility for any unauthorized service access or software modifications.

• The User is fully liable for any financial or moral losses arising from breach of these terms. The Center is not responsible for unauthorized access to user data.

• The User must not send threatening, unethical, racist, or illegal messages, harass other Users or customer service staff, interfere with service usage, or upload any inappropriate or harmful materials, ads, or spam.

  
  - Intellectual Property and Trademarks:

• All trademarks and logos on the Center’s website belong to the Center. Other trademarks are owned by their respective holders.

• The User may not use any trademarks or derivative forms for promotional purposes or imply any association without written permission.

  
  - Prohibited Uses:

• Engage in illegal or fraudulent activity or behavior.

• Removing uploaded documents or content.

• Taking legal action to recover costs.

  - Applicable Laws and Jurisdiction:

These terms are governed by the laws and regulations of Saudi Arabia. Any provision deemed invalid will not affect the validity of the remaining terms. Saudi courts hold exclusive jurisdiction over related matters.
