The following are the key declarations, terms, and conditions of use, where "the Center" refers to the National Centre for Palms & Dates, and "the User" refers to anyone accessing or using the website.

• The User acknowledges that they are aware of and will adhere to all applicable terms and requirements in accordance with the laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, particularly those related to agricultural and marketing services and similar provisions. 
• The User accepts full responsibility for the accuracy of all information they provide or upload to the system. This includes, without limitation, digital entries or uploaded documents, which the User must verify for accuracy and update as needed. The User confirms that all information provided is accurate and up-to-date and undertakes to update it whenever changes occur. 
• The User acknowledges that any violation of these terms and conditions, or the submission of fraudulent, forged, or inaccurate documents or information, will expose the User to legal liability and potential penalties. 
• The User is fully responsible for their personal account on the website and guarantees that they are the sole user of the account. Accordingly, all account activity is legally binding on the User as the account holder. 
• The User acknowledges that the Center has the right to verify uploaded documents for accuracy and authenticity and may reject any requests if the documents are incomplete, inaccurate, or fraudulent. The Center also reserves the right to delay the processing of any request for further evaluation of document validity or in case of technical difficulties. Additionally, the Center retains the right to accept, reject, or cancel any submitted or issued requests or contracts without prior notice. 
• The User acknowledges that the Center is not responsible for any financial or legal losses resulting from errors arising while using the website’s services. It is the User’s responsibility to report any such errors by submitting a support ticket through the "Contact Us" page or by emailing  info@ncpd.gov.sa. The Center, or its authorized representative, will take appropriate action and notify the User accordingly. 
• The User acknowledges that they authorize the Center, or its authorized representatives, to verify any information provided for the purpose of approving or rejecting requests, managing the User’s account, or carrying out other procedures that involve the use of data from government or other relevant entities. 
• If there is any conflict between the terms and conditions of a website affiliated with the National Centre for Palms & Dates and those outlined in this website’s usage policy, the terms of the affiliated website shall take precedence and be considered the authoritative reference.

• The Center does not guarantee uninterrupted or continuous availability of the system (or any part of its content), while reserving the right to suspend, restrict, modify, or terminate all or part of the system at any time without prior notice to the User. The Center shall not be held liable for any interruption or unavailability of the system, for any reason, at any time. 

• The User is responsible for all procedures required to access the platform. 

• The system is intended for use within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Accordingly, the Center does not guarantee access to its content from other locations and reserves the right to restrict or regulate access to the system or its services for any user at any time. • These terms and declarations do not imply that the Center can be held liable for death or personal injury resulting from the User’s own negligence, fraud, or intentional misrepresentation. 

• The Center shall not be liable for any loss or damage ــــ whether contractual, tortious (including negligence), or otherwise (even if foreseeable) ــــ arising from : the use of the system, inability to use the system, or reliance on any content provided through the system. 

• The Center is not responsible for any loss or damage caused by viruses, unauthorized access to the platform, or any other technically harmful materials that may affect a User’s computer, software, data, or other property as a result of using the platform or uploading content from the system or any linked sites. 

• The Center bears no responsibility for the content of external websites linked through the portal. 

• Such links should not be interpreted as endorsed by the Center, and the Center is not liable for any loss or damage arising from the User’s use of those links or sites. 

• All personal information related to the User, as well as any other information or data provided when creating an account, may be used by the Center for statistical, research, and development purposes. 

• The User is solely responsible for all the ideas, opinions, personal data, and files submitted, uploaded, or transmitted through the system. Accordingly, the system is not responsible for such files or for any unauthorized access to services provided through the system, nor for any use that deviates from the methods described by the system, including any modifications to software. 

• The User assumes full responsibility for any material or non-material losses resulting from failure to comply with these terms and conditions.  The Center shall not be liable for any damages arising from unauthorized access to data belonging to any user. 

• The User agrees not to send threatening, unethical, racist, or unlawful messages, in violation of Saudi laws or international agreements.  Accordingly, the User must not harass or threaten other users or Center staff, interfere with other users’ use of the services, or send, print, distribute, or disseminate any unethical, inappropriate, illegal, or harmful content. This includes advertising, selling, or offering products or services without authorization; engaging in harmful actions such as spamming or unfair competition; or sending information or programs that could damage data or software on other users’ devices. 

  
  - Intellectual Property and Trademarks:

Intellectual Property and Trademarks: The website of the National Centre for Palms & Dates, including its logos, constitutes trademarks exclusively owned by the Center. All other intellectual property rights or trademarks appearing on the portal, which are not owned by the Center, remain the property of their respective owners. Users may not use any of these trademarks, or any variations thereof, for promotional purposes or in any way that could suggest, whether intentionally or unintentionally, an affiliation with the trademark owner. Nothing on the system shall be interpreted as granting, whether expressly, implicitly, or otherwise, any license or right to use any trademarks displayed on the system without the written permission of the respective trademark owner.  

- Prohibited Uses:

Users may only use the website for lawful purposes. The system may not be used for any purposes other than lawful and permitted uses, including but not limited to the following: 

• Any action that violates applicable local, national, or international laws or regulations. 

• Any illegal or fraudulent activity, or any use that has an unlawful or deceptive purpose or effect, Any attempt to harm or threaten others in any way. 

• Any attempt to harm or threaten others in any way. 

• Knowingly sending, receiving, uploading, downloading, or reusing any materials that do not comply with the Center’s content standards, including but not limited to: 

1. Transmitting, or instructing others to transmit, unsolicited or unauthorized advertising or promotional materials, or any form of spam. 
2. Transmitting any data or uploading materials containing viruses, trojans, spyware, other harmful software, or computer code designed to negatively affect the operation of any programs or devices connected to the system. 

 

-Changes or Modifications to These Terms:

These terms, conditions, and declarations, along with any additional terms applicable to the User’s use of the website, are subject to updates and modifications as necessary. The Center reserves the right to restrict the User’s access to the system until they accept any changes or updates made by the Center. Any modification or update to these terms and conditions becomes effective upon approval by the Center and notification to the User through the system. The User is therefore expected to regularly review these terms as well as the scope of the Center's and its staff’s liability to stay informed of any updates. Continued use of the system by the User confirms their full acknowledgment and acceptance of any such changes. 

 
- Suspension and Termination: 

: The Center may, at its discretion, determine whether a User has violated the terms of use through their activities on the website.If a violation is found, the Center may take any actions it deems appropriate. Failure to comply with these terms and conditions, or any fraudulent or falsified actions by the User, may result in any or all of the following measures: 

• Issuing a warning to the User. 

• Immediate, temporary, or permanent suspension of the User’s access to the system. 

• Immediate, temporary, or permanent removal of any documents or materials uploaded by the User to the system. 

• Taking legal action against the User to recover all costs (including, but not limited to, administrative and legal expenses) resulting from the violation of these terms and conditions. 

• Pursuing further legal measures against the User as necessary. 

  
  
  

  - Governing Laws and Regulations: 

These terms, conditions, and declarations, including their subject matter and interpretation, are governed by the applicable laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. If any provision of these terms is deemed invalid, unenforceable, or void under applicable Saudi law, this shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions. The courts of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia shall have exclusive jurisdiction in all matters relating to these terms and conditions.
 

- Communications and Notices: 

• For any matter related to the system or its services, including but not limited to general inquiries, suggestions, claims, or disputes, Users may contact Customer Service by emailing: info@ncpd.gov.sa .
• or by submitting a notice through the "Contact Us" page. A notice is not considered received by Customer Service until the User receives an electronic confirmation of receipt.
• All notices and communications related to the website will be sent to the email address registered in the User’s account. Such communications shall be deemed official and effective from the date of sending.  
• The User is responsible for promptly providing the Center with any changes or updates to their contact information.
