  1. Click the "Access Service" button. 
  2. If you are not logged in, you will be automatically redirected to the login page to complete the process. 
  3. Once logged in, go to the "Request History" section in the Muzare platform. 
  4. All submitted requests will be displayed along with their details and current status.
