This service is linked to the request for a phytosanitary certificate as a main requirement, by attaching all necessary documents when applying, with the option to select an export center for shipment verification after meeting the service’s conditions.

  3. Fill in the data and attach the documents
  4. Select the export center for shipment verification
  5. Submit the request
  1.  The beneficiary entity must be registered in the electronic system on the Nama Platform.
  2. The beneficiary entity of the Date Export Certificate service must ensure the accuracy and correctness of the data entered in the platform.
  3. The exporter or their representative is responsible for complying with the requirements of the importer and the importing country.
  4. The entity must ensure that the shipment is free from insect pests.
  5. The price per kilogram of dates in the invoice must not be less than 3 Saudi Riyals for the shipment.
  6. The shipment must be sent to the export center in new packaging dedicated for dates, and previously used packaging for other products must not be used.
  7. Comply with all relevant laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and provide all necessary licenses.
  8. Select an export center (for shipment inspection).
  9. Attach the required documents.
  10. Confirm the data and submit the request.
