  5.  Fill out the form accurately, then submit the application.

  •  Organic farms are exempt from testing, provided proof is attached.
  •  Commitment to stopping pesticide use from the onset of fruit coloration.
  •  Commitment to attending field or training workshops. 
  •  Updated agricultural registration (farm inventory).
  •  Proof of organic farming (for organic farms only)
