Saudi Food & Drug Authority (SFDA): Classifies factories based on the Factory Evaluation Program. Private Laboratories: Collect and test date samples for pesticide residues and microbiological safety. National Centre for Palms & Dates: Oversees operations, monitors compliance, and issues the final decision. Takamul Holding: Receives applications for the Mark, reviews the submitted documents, and issues preliminary decisions.
