An electronic service that enables Saudi companies operating in the palm and date sector to register and apply to participate in international exhibitions and events organized by, or attended by, the National Center for Palms and Dates. The service aims to strengthen the presence of Saudi products in global markets, support marketing and promotion opportunities, and provide access to international importers and buyers.


Applications are received electronically, and the submitted data and documents are reviewed, then evaluated according to the approved participation criteria and the available capacity for each exhibition or event.

1. Log in to the platform and view the available exhibitions and events.
2. Select the exhibition or event you wish to participate in.
3. Fill in the company's details, its representatives, products, and exports.
4. Attach the required documents and certificates.
5. Agree to the terms and conditions and submit the application.
6. The application is reviewed and evaluated according to the participation criteria and the selection mechanism.
7. The company is notified of the application result.
8. Complete the participation procedures and pay the fees, if any, upon acceptance.

Participation applications are subject to the approved selection and evaluation criteria, most notably:

* Holding a valid and up-to-date Saudi Dates Mark.
* Holding approved quality certificates, such as:

* FSSC 22000
* BRC
* IFS Food
* GlobalG.A.P.

* Disclosing the volume and value of the company's exports during the previous year.
* Diversity of products between raw dates and processed products.
* Holding an Organic Certificate, if any.
* Completing all required data and documents within the specified registration period.
* Complying with the requirements and instructions specific to participation in the exhibition or event.
* Paying the participation fees, if any, within the specified period.
* The selection process is subject to comparative evaluation among companies according to the approved criteria and the available capacity for each exhibition or event.
* Submitting the application or meeting the participation criteria does not guarantee final acceptance.

* The company's commercial registration.
* A valid and up-to-date Saudi Dates Mark certificate.
* Quality certificates and accreditations held by the company, such as:

* FSSC 22000
* BRC
* IFS Food
* GlobalG.A.P.

* Data on the volume and value of exports during the previous year.
* Data on the products offered by the company.
* Data on processed/converted products, if any.
* Organic Certificate, if any.
* Details of the company representatives participating in the exhibition.
* Any additional documents or data required by the exhibition or event.

No, registration is a request to participate. Applications are subject to review and comparative evaluation according to the approved criteria and the capacity available for each exhibition.

These include the Saudi Dates Mark, quality certificates, export volume and value, product diversity, and the Organic Certificate, if any.
