  2. Complying with government requirements and obtaining the necessary licenses for fumigation materials used in operations, and disclosing them to the National Center for Palms and Dates.
  3. Using only internationally authorized fumigation materials at concentration levels suitable for dates.
  4. Disclosing to the National Center for Palms and Dates the source and quantities of fumigation materials received by the factory.
  5. Providing fumigation services to third-party companies and date-exporting factories, and issuing fumigation certificates addressed to the plant quarantine authority at the port of export.
  6. Submitting a monthly report to the National Center for Palms and Dates on the quantities treated through fumigation and the certificates issued to beneficiaries.
