  2. Adherence to all government regulations and obtaining the necessary licenses for fumigation materials, while reporting their use to the National Centre for Palms & Dates. 
  3. Commitment to using only internationally approved fumigation substances at the correct concentrations suitable for dates. 
  4. Report to the Center the source and quantities of fumigation materials received. 
  5. Provide fumigation services to other companies and factories involved in date export, and issue official fumigation certificates addressed to the plant quarantine authority at the shipment’s exit point. 
  6. Submit monthly reports to the Center detailing the quantities processed and certificates issued to beneficiaries.
