It aims to strengthen food security, stabilize farmers' income, reduce agricultural risks, and promote better planning, production, and investment in the agricultural sector.

The terms and conditions related to the purchase of dates are established, ensuring that farmers commit to producing predetermined quantities of dates according to specific quality standards, while the agricultural associations commit to providing technical support to support the National Center for Palms and Dates' annual date purchasing program

The association must have a valid license. The technical reference for the association must be the Ministry of Environment, Agriculture, and Water. The association must have qualified agricultural guides or supervisors to oversee the farms contracted with the association
