- The applicant must be a Saudi national and at least 21 years old.
- The applicant must hold a valid activity license issued through Hasr.
- The applicant shall undertake to stop using pesticides from the beginning of the fruit coloring stage.
- The farmer must cooperate in testing the farm's dates for pesticide residues.
- Organic farms are exempt from pesticide residue testing, provided that proof of organic certification/status is submitted.
- Samples shall be taken from the final harvest to verify product quality and compliance with food safety standards.
- The applicant must hold a Water Conservation Certificate.
- The applicant must be the owner or lessee of the farm.
- A certificate verifying the use of modern irrigation systems, issued by the “Rey” Platform.
- Holding an agricultural registration issued through the "Hasr" platform.
A program serving small farmers by purchasing dates at preferential prices compared to the market, provided the farmer applies modern irrigation systems. This encourages water conservation in the Kingdom. After receiving the dates, they are processed and delivered to beneficiaries across all emirates and more than 450 associations throughout the Kingdom. Additionally, the dates are shipped domestically and internationally as gifts from the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques.
Registration begins in January each year.
To apply for the program, log in to the Muzare Platform, enter your personal information, add your agricultural registration under “My Farms,” select the Premium Dates Purchase Program, confirm your consent to field visits, and then submit your application.
Applicants must be Saudi citizens aged 21 or above, implement modern irrigation systems, and attend the required workshops.
