The Palms & Dates e-Academy is an initiative by the National Centre for Palms & Dates, established to develop and sustain the national palm and date sector and position Saudi dates as the world’s preferred choice — in line with Vision 2030.

The initiative targets all individuals interested in the palm and date sector, particularly farmers, agricultural engineers, farm owners, and field workers.

The Academy aims to increase awareness among farmers and sector stakeholders through specialized training programs, equipping them with the knowledge and skills necessary for palm cultivation and care.

All courses are offered remotely through the Academy’s online platform.

The duration of the training depends on each participant’s pace and ability to complete the Academy’s courses.

The Academy’s programs are delivered in Arabic.

- Gaining deeper knowledge of best agricultural practices for date palms. - Applying these best practices makes it easier to comply with international date standards. - Training certificates from the Academy are one of the key requirements for registration in the Annual Date Purchase Program. They also give priority for government subsidy programs.

The Palms & Dates e-Academy supports the latest versions of major browsers, including Microsoft Edge, Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, and Safari.

Yes, you can access and log in to the Academy from smart devices.

The training content is provided by the National Centre for Palms & Dates.

Yes, the courses are offered free of charge as part of an initiative by the National Centre for Palms & Dates.

To pass the exam, you must give correct answers to at least 72% of the questions.

Certificates can be downloaded directly from the National Centre for Palms & Dates website; they are not sent via email.

You can download and print your certificate from the website after logging into your account on the Palms & Dates e-Academy.

You can obtain your certificate after successfully completing the exam.

You may retake the exam up to three times, with at least one hour between each attempt. After the third attempt, a 24-hour waiting period applies.
