  1.  Click on the "Get Service" button.
  2. If you are already logged into the "Mouzare" portal, you will be redirected directly to the application page for the Farm Qualification Program.
  3. If you are not logged in, you will be automatically redirected to the "Nama" platform to complete the login process.
  4. After logging in, select the farm you wish to qualify.
  5. Fill out the form accurately and submit your application. 
  •  Must be a Saudi national and 21 years of age or older
  • The applicant must be the owner or tenant of the farm
  • The farm area must be 50 dunums or less
  •  That the number of palm trees per individual be 500 or fewer 
  • Must be implementing modern irrigation systems
  • The farm must be registered with an agricultural record issued by the Hasr Program
  • Attendance and completion of courses at the Electronic Palm and Date Academy  
  • Attendance of workshops 


  •  Certificate of Implementation of Modern Irrigation Systems issued by the “Rey” Platform
  • Agricultural Registration issued by the “Hasr” Platform

After that, select “Apply for the Agricultural Subsidy Program,” agree to the commitment allowing field visits, and then click “Submit” to send your application.
