  • The farm must adopt modern irrigation systems. 
  • The farm has an agricultural registration issued by the "Hasr" program. 
  • The applicant must have a valid license to practice the activity issued by the Hasr platform.

The program supports small-scale date palm farmers by providing both direct and indirect financial assistance. It aims to boost productivity, improve fruit quality, and promote the adoption of best agricultural practices.

You can apply by clicking on “Get the Service,” logging in, then filling in your personal information and retrieving the agricultural record. After that, select “Apply for the Agricultural Subsidies Program,” agree to the pledge allowing field visits, then click “Apply” to submit your request.

Applicants must be Saudi nationals, aged 21 or above, and owners/tenants of a farm registered in the Hasr system. The farm size should not exceed 50 dunams, with no more than 500 palm trees within its boundaries. The applicant must have a valid license to practice the activity issued by the Hasr platform.
