  1. Click the "Access Service" button. 
  2. If you are already signed in to the Muzare portal, you will be automatically directed to the "Add a Farm" page. 
  3. If not, you will be redirected to the Nama platform to complete the login process. 
  4. After logging in, select your farm. 
  5. Fill out the form and submit your request. 
  • The applicant must be a Saudi national, at least 21 years old. 
  • The applicant must be the owner or tenant of the farm. 
  • The farm size must not exceed 50 dunams. 
  • The number of palm trees on the farm must not exceed 500. 
  • The farm must adopt modern irrigation systems. 
  • The farm has an agricultural registration issued by the "Hasr" program. 
  • The applicant has attended and completed the e-training courses provided by the Palm & Dates Academy. 
  • The applicant has attended the required workshops. 


  • Holding an agricultural registration issued through the "Hasr" platform. 
  • A certificate verifying the use of modern irrigation systems issued by the “Rey” Platform. 

 


The agricultural subsidies program is a program that supports small palm farmers by providing direct and indirect financial subsidies to improve production quality and implement good agricultural practices.

Registration dates are announced through the Center's official social media channels.

Log in to the Muzare Platform, enter your personal information, add your agricultural registration under “My Farms,” select the Agricultural Subsidy Program, confirm your consent to field visits, and then submit your application.

Applicants must be Saudi nationals, aged 21 or above, and owners/tenants of a farm registered in the Hasr system. The farm size should not exceed 50 dunams, with no more than 500 palm trees within its boundaries. Also, applicants must prove that they have attended the required workshops and completed the training programs offered by the Palm & Dates Academy.

To make any modifications or updates to this information, you need to contact the Hasr Platform, operated by the Ministry of Environment, Water, and Agriculture, which is responsible for issuing and maintaining agricultural records.
