About the Initiative
The initiative empowers local and cooperative agricultural associations to provide agricultural inputs, services, and guidance to date palm farmers. It also aims to enhance the associations’ administrative, technical, and operational capabilities, establishing an effective link between more than 123,000 farmers and the services offered by the Center.
The Initiative's Objectives
- Promote a collaborative economy that contributes to the growth of the agricultural sector.
- Enhance the quality of agricultural services and inputs before and after harvest.
- Reduce the cost of agricultural services and inputs throughout the production cycle.
- Develop the administrative and technical capabilities of agricultural associations.
- Support the marketing and promotion of agricultural products.
Initiative Requirements
participating associations must provide the following services:
- Agricultural guidance.
- Selling agricultural inputs.
- Support for agricultural operations.
- Marketing services for farmers.
