Under the patronage of H.E. Eng. Abdulrahman bin Abdulmohsen Al-Fadhli, Minister of Environment, Water and Agriculture, the #NationalCentreForPalmsAndDates signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the National Center for Meteorology (NCM).
