  1. Must be a Saudi national and at least 21 years old.
  2. The applicant must be the owner or tenant of the farm.
  3. The farm must have a new agricultural record issued by the Hasr Program.
  4. The farm area should be 50 dunams or less, and the number of palm trees in the farm should be 500 or fewer (priority will be given if the number of registered applicants exceeds the required limit).
